Returns
Due to the personalized nature of party favors, returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and only for items that are unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized favors are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 days after we receive the item.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
